Highland

Located in San Bernardino County, Highland refers to its geographical placement (east of Del Rosa Avenue to the eastern city limits). Highland is served by two public school districts, which include Redlands Unified and San Bernardino Unified School Districts. The Highland Sam J. Racadio Library and Environmental Learning Center is a gold rated L.E.E.D. (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) building. Local colleges and universities include: Loma Linda University, University of Redlands, California State University’s San Bernardino campus, and the two-campus San Bernardino Community College District (which includes Crafton Hills College in Yucaipa and San Bernardino Valley College). Highland offers all the local amenities one could ask for, including plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.
